JD28 Control Room Operator / Helpdesk Operator

Shall be a three (3) years diploma holder in Electrical/Instrumentation with about five (5) years experience. He should have worked for at least 2 years in a modern control room of a process industry with computerized systems, PLC/DCS and SCADA systems.

JD31 Operator / Plant Operator / Network Operator

Shall be at least a diploma holder in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering. Minimum of five (3)
years actual operation experience required in seawater pump station or desalination plant or wastewater treatment plant or chemical conditioning plant or potable water/ wastewater distribution network other similar type of plants and processes.

JD14 Senior Pump Station / Senior Network Operator / Senior Plant Operator

Shall be at least a graduate of technical school or three year diploma holder or equivalent with minimum five (5) years work experience in operation of large pump stations, chlorination system, standby generators, fire pumps used in treatment, pumping and distribution of seawater, potable water and wastewater systems.

JD11 Technician Hydraulic

He must technical school certified or equivalent and must have five (5) years experience as a hydraulic technician. He must have knowledge of written and spoken English. Hand on experience on hydraulic equipments such as forklift, boom trucks, mobile cranes, tanker, trailer and all other hydraulic auto mobile equipments essential.

JD12 Technician Surveying

Should be a qualified from Technical School and have five (5) years relevant experience. He should have driving license. Knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.

JD13 Analyst Lab

Shall be a graduate in Chemistry with at least five (5) years experience in a large laboratory dealing with analysis of samples of potable water, wastewater, seawater or any other related field. He shall be well versed with the usage of various analyzers and equipment used in the chemical laboratories. He shall have good analytical ability and command over spoken and written English


JD30 Sample Collector

Should have a high school or technical school diploma. He should have minimum o f one (1) year experience in a chemical or water utility laboratory and must be able to collect samples and able to identify hazardous industrial waste.

JD21 Technician FRP

Should be high school certified and should have practical training in Fiber glass fabrication and repairing works, At least five (5) years work experience as a fiber glass technician. He should have experience in fiber glass fabrication and in repairing FRP and RTR pipe etc.

JD22 Technician Asphalting

He must be high school certified with hands on experience in asphalting work. At least five (5) years experience is required as an Asphalting Technician. He should identify the asphalt materials and other chemicals using in asphalting work.

JD23 Tool room keeper/Store Keeper

Should be High School Graduate or equivalent at least five (5) years working relevant experience He must be able to read operation manuals and record spare parts.

JD29 Device Reader

Shall be high school graduate with at least five (5) years and three (3) years experience respectively in reading water and electric meters. Preference shall be given to candidates with knowledge of SCADA based system and computer applications
